What ages are suitable to attend?
We recommend that you do not bring 10 and under but not all kids are the same and occasionally we have small kids make it through when adults leave after the first room. Up to you-you're the one having to get up in the middle of the night with their nightmares.

If it is too scary or if we have to leave, can we get a refund?
                       NOPE, SORRY NO REFUNDS!
We have lots of folks come and change their mind or suddenly think of something else they need to do. Like mop their floor or wash the cat. You are welcome to sell them for what you paid to anyone in line waiting to buy tickets.

A large portion of the proceeds go to the Hudson Volunteer Fire Dept., which produces the event. Some of the proceeds are used to supplement the budget for the next year. All staff and actors are volunteers and no one is paid for their time or services.
